The powerful 2.4 GHz FJ-X3 S Wireless Trigger is used to control the FJ Wireless Flash System. It’s designed with a proprietary Sony hot shoe mount for compatibility with most Sony Cameras.

With an intuitive menu system and LCD color displays, the portable flashes feature Manual and TTL Flash Modes, High-Speed Sync (HSS) up to 1/8000s, Freeze Sync up to 1/19000s, Front and Rear Curtain Sync, Continuous Capture up to 20 fps, Automatic Memory Recall, group and channel assignment, Group Exposure Compensation, modeling lamp settings, and much more.

These wireless flashes work seamlessly with each other over a 2.4GHz wireless system and offer unrivaled 5500K ( +/-150K) color temperature stability across their entire 9-stop output range. This means color-consistent images throughout the entire shoot, along with matching color when you add additional FJ flashes.

The FJ400’s removable lithium polymer battery provides both DC power for on-location freedom and AC trickle-charge performance when the state of charge is above 25%. It provides an impressive 480+ full-power flashes per charge. The FJ200’s removable LiPo battery provides 450+ full-power flashes per charge and recharges to full capacity in just 2 hours.

When more power is required for formal portraits outdoors or portraits in full sunlight, the FJ400 is the perfect go-to strobe. The FJ400 AC/DC strobe packs 400Ws with under a second recycle speed at full power. At 200Ws, the compact FJ200 offers an industry-leading 0.05 to 1.3s recycle time.

Both the FJ400 and FJ200 strobes are designed with extended flash tubes that provide optimal light output for filling light modifiers. Use the included FJ400 light mount adapter for extensive compatibility with the award-winning line of Rapid Box Switch light modifiers. The included FJ200 30-degree honeycomb grid and gel sets allow photographers to narrow the light beam to create dramatic effects or change the color of backgrounds.

The included Lite Traveler Backpack allows you to store and transport this portable flash kit with ease. Equipped with a large, central storage compartment featuring removable dividers, the backpack is ideal for traveling comfortably with your lighting kit.
