Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened software, memory cards, or media
  • Special orders or discontinued items
  • Products marked “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  1. Log in to your account at samiscameras.com
  2. Go to “Order History” and select the order
  3. Click “Request Return” and follow the prompts

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Securely pack the item to prevent damage
  • Attach the prepaid return label (if eligible)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Drop off at the designated carrier location
  • Retain your tracking number for reference

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately via the Returns Center
  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee for eligible returns
  • 15% fee may apply for opened electronics (unless defective)

International Returns

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund excludes original shipping & import fees

Track your return:

  • Via your account dashboard
  • Using the carrier’s tracking number
