Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened software, memory cards, or media
- Special orders or discontinued items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
- Log in to your account at samiscameras.com
- Go to “Order History” and select the order
- Click “Request Return” and follow the prompts
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage
- Attach the prepaid return label (if eligible)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Drop off at the designated carrier location
- Retain your tracking number for reference
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately via the Returns Center
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return & replacement
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fee for eligible returns
- 15% fee may apply for opened electronics (unless defective)
International Returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund excludes original shipping & import fees
