The K-Tek Microphone Adjustable Shock Mount for Boompoles is the workhorse for ENG crews worldwide. A tough design, strong grip on the microphone and superb vibration dampening are the qualities most loved about the KSM. With a machined aluminum frame, the microphone is actually held firmly in place by two polymer mounts spaced 2″ (5 cm) apart. The mounts stretch to accommodate most shotgun mics.
