Clearance Cage Base Kit for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K Camera Support Systems

Mount accessories and add mounting options to your Blackmagic Design PYXIS 6K cinema camera with the Tilta Cage Base Kit for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K. The modular cage is made up of different components that can be added and removed as needed, including left/right side arm panels, a bottom plate, a top plate, and a side SSD plate that secure directly onto the camera. The components provide an integrated shoe mount, NATO rails, an ARRI-style rosette, 1/4″-20 threads, and 3/8″-16 anti-twist threads.

The multi-functional side SSD plate features a slot for an optional SSD measuring 2.05 to 2.36″ wide and 0.47″ thick, and a quick release lever allows you to lock and remove the drive quickly. A Manfrotto-type quick release dovetail plate is included for quickly mounting your camera, and it attaches using a thread on the bottom that is aligned with the optical center of your camera. The top plate is compatible with the original PYXIS top handle.
